OTP-4800 outdoor thermal printers are designed to reduce head count, increase truck processing and streamline the flow of truck traffic, especially during peak hours of operations. In less than six seconds, drivers can collect their tickets without having to leave their truck. This eliminates the need for driv- ers to come into your office to get their tickets and discuss “world politics” which drastically improves operational efficiency, productivity and safety.
OTP-4800 printers are weather tight, durable and built like a tank to withstand the rugged environ- ment of any industrial facility. Features include an industrial strength NEMA 4 aluminum enclosure with outdoor rated polyester paint, R-3 insulation and adjustable controls for humidity and temperature to maintain proper environment for year-round op- eration. The rugged paper slide mechanism holds 6,000 tickets on (1) 12” diameter roll of paper. 8” rolls are also available.
IOT System Monitoring
The new OTP-4800 features the ability to re- motely configure and set up the printer via the web.
System continually monitors and reports infor- mation such as internal temperature, humidi- stat/heater status, number of tickets printed and paper status (i.e. paper low, number of tickets left on roll, etc.)

Optional SmartTalk
SmartTalk is an innovative communication system that provides clear audio and video communications between drivers and the scale/probe attendant using VOIP technology. Its unique noise cancellation device filters out the majority of truck back- ground noise so both parties
can hear each other loud and clear. Smart- Talk also includes a mini-web camera, which provides live streaming video of the driver to the Master Control Station located inside of the office as well as provides the capability (when running iGMS) to capture an image of the driver and save it with the scale ticket transaction record .
