A good example of CompuWeigh providing the complete solution. We provided our 30,000 BPH fully enclosed bulkweighing scale with 4′ of extended upper garner providing an additional 50 second cushion. CompuWeigh also provided an extra strong tower to support the scale and a future cleaner as well as a 30,000 BPH NTEP approved stainless steel sampler, ‘K’ valve for vertical and 45 degree discharge to rail and a 24″ hinged, telescoping spout with winch.
System also included 3 levels of platforms, automatic test weight lifting, hydraulic power unit and lower garner gate control.
