We provided our 40,000 BPH fully enclosed bulkweighing scale with 12′ of extended upper garner providing nearly a minute and a half of additional cushion. The scale was designed to fit on an existing structure by the side of the rail and CompuWeigh provided the hinged spout that feeds the rail cars.
Upgrades requested by the customer include:
- ΒΌ” Urethane metal backed Liners in all 3 hopper cones with ceramic liners on hogbacks of UG and WH gates
- third level of platforms
- 3/16″ plate steel enclosing entire scale
- Extended scale legs
- Lower garner gate with proportional control
- Ceramic tile in 30″ hinged telescoping spout, powered from scale hydraulic unit.
The scale is controlled by the top of the line CD-4000 controller including:
